Privacy Policy

How website and enquiry data is handled.

This notice explains the current website data flow and identifies production details that the owner must verify before launch.

Designed for organisations across the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe. Engagement scope, delivery model, security needs, and success measures are agreed before work begins.

Owner review required: This practical privacy notice reflects the current website implementation, but it is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice. The owner should review it before production launch.

Information collected

When you submit the project briefing, the website may collect your name, email address, company, phone or messaging number, requested service, budget range, project description, contact preference, consent status, source page, submission time, and a one-way hash derived from the submitting IP address for abuse prevention.

How information is used

  • To review and respond to project enquiries
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website and lead workflow
  • To prevent duplicate or abusive submissions
  • To maintain records required for legitimate business administration

Service providers

The website can use FormSubmit for browser-side email delivery or Resend when configured by the owner. Hosting, analytics, email, and security providers may process limited data according to their own terms. The owner should list the actual production providers before launch.

Analytics and cookies

Analytics are not loaded on localhost. Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager can be enabled through environment variables. Before enabling analytics, the owner should assess consent and privacy requirements for the regions served.

Data retention and security

Lead submissions are stored in the application data file unless the production deployment uses another approved storage method. Retention periods, access controls, backups, deletion procedures, and incident response must be configured by the owner for the production environment.

Your choices

You may contact connect@mavronlabs.com to ask about access, correction, or deletion of enquiry information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.

International processing

Because Mavron Labs serves organisations across the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe, website information may be processed in countries different from the visitor’s location. The owner must ensure appropriate contractual and legal safeguards with production providers.

Contact

Privacy questions can be sent to connect@mavronlabs.com. A verified public business address and legal entity details should be added when available.
